Shaking Crab (Hell's Kitchen)

I brought a group of friends here to enjoy some good food and vibes, and like always, they did not disappoint. The new Tom Yum sauce is a great addition to their selection of seafood sauces. The new appetizer platter and Thai wings were perfect for sharing and to get the table going while waiting for the main course. Music, drinks, and service are top notch! Niko, the manager made sure we have a good time. Thank you for always rolling out the red carpet whenever I come by. Arguably one of the best Shaking Crab branches!

Literally loveeee this place. Every time we go they give us some complimentary fries, the staff is super friendly and attentive. This time we ordered one of their specialty trays “The Maine Course” that includes two HUGE lobsters, HUGE mussels, clams, potatoes and corn + we ordered half a pound of shrimp with it. The portions are soooo big for the price, the tray before the added shrimp was only $105, it was only two of us on this tray and I was so full it can definitely feed UP TO 4 people. Their cocktails are also really good and STRONG .Definitely recommend !

My group of 7 people went to Shaking crab for dinner on 12/23/23 for a friends birthday and contradictory to a negative review (about the same day) we had an amazing experience!! Our group got all different things but every single person LOVED their meal! Snow crab boil, fisherman’s platter, fish sandwich, fried pickles, garlic noodles, fried lobster tail- all things we got and absolutely enjoyed. This by no means is a healthy meal as most items are deep fried or contain lots of butter/sodium (boils), however, we went for some delicious soul food & they did not disappoint! The portions are generous (nobody left hungry) and the prices are fair. The staff was extremely attentive and respectful. Staff was very kind in accommodating 4 separate checks. Contradictory to the negative review about the same day; we didn’t see anybody that appeared sick or coughing. Some staff members were wearing masks but that is fine with us. The restaurant was clean and the food super yummy, so yummy that i didn’t even get a pic of the food (we all dug right in!) but here’s a pic of my leftovers that I got to enjoy once home. Only complaint is that the lock to the men’s restroom could possibly be fixed so that it’s easily able to lock. Overall a great experience, highly recommend for delicious soul food with fair prices, attentive staff and a full, satisfied belly!

Great place. Huge portions. Very good value. Wonderful service. Relaxing music. We had the snow crab and head on shrimp plus extras of noodles, broccoli and quails eggs. The bags also had corn and potato in them. The corn in particular was delicious. We both had garlic butter. It was fantastic. So much so that we are coming back again before we leave.

I came here over the weekend with some friends and we had a truly nice time! Our servers were on point and the food even better from my shrimp to my crabs to my cocktails! Even better the manager Nicko was visibly present and made sure to stop by and introduce himself and make sure we were ok! Overall great experience fun atmosphere great location and good food with even better service

Food was good but the sauce was a little oily and lacked flavor, great prices though. Gave us free fries which was delicious, however did not pay much attention to our table or asked us how we were doing. They also spilled water all over me by accident… understandable though. They stared me and my friends down just for talking. overall it’s nice to eat but I don’t think I would eat here again
